1. Accounts
You are responsible for your password and account activity. One free account per person or entity. Inactive free accounts may be disabled after 12 months with prior notice.
2. Prohibited content
No phishing, malware, fraud, intellectual property infringement, illegal content, mass spam, click-reward schemes or deceptive cloaking. Violating links are disabled and accounts may be suspended. Anyone can report a link on the report page.
3. Plans, payments and refunds
Plan limits are listed on the pricing page. Each payment covers one plan period (monthly or yearly). Plans do not renew automatically and we do not charge you on a recurring basis. To continue, make a new payment before your plan expires. If it expires without renewal, your account returns to the Free plan and its limits. Paid plans include a 7-day trial, once per account, with no payment required; when it ends, your account returns to the Free plan unless you purchase a plan. Refunds apply to monthly plans only. A full refund is available within 14 days of the first payment if the service does not work as described; renewals are non-refundable. Yearly plans are non-refundable. Prices exclude applicable taxes.
4. API
API keys are confidential. Rate limits apply per plan; excess requests receive HTTP 429. Abused keys may be revoked. Documentation: developer page.
5. Custom domains, availability and liability
You must own domains you connect. We target 99.9% redirect availability but the service is provided "as is". Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.
6. Termination and changes
You may delete your account at any time; we may terminate accounts that violate these terms, after which their short links stop working. We may update these terms; the latest version is always on this page. Questions: contact page. See also the Privacy Policy.
